For this Heritage Lane remodel, we reimagined the heart of an already beautiful home, transforming the kitchen, scullery, wet bar, mudroom, and powder bath into spaces that feel as effortless as they are functional.

Designed for a family who loves to gather and a homeowner who loves to cook, the kitchen became a true chef’s dream, anchored by a six-foot workstation sink, double islands, and a thoughtfully integrated coffee station. Every detail was considered to support the rhythm of daily life without compromising beauty.

Leaning into the homeowners’ love of modern organic design, we layered warm natural materials, earthy tones, and moments of rich color, including deep jewel tone cabinetry and tile in the wet bar that brings depth and character to the home.

Beyond the aesthetics, the new layout transformed the way the home lives. The mudroom was designed to work just as hard, complete with an bottle filler for everyday convenience, while the powder bath became a quiet moment of luxury with a floating quartzite vanity, softly veined in shades of green, and surrounded by hand-applied plaster. That same plaster continues onto the custom range hood, adding texture, warmth, and timeless materiality throughout the kitchen.

A home that now feels every bit as beautiful as it is intuitive, designed not just to be admired, but to be lived in.
