Wayzata Tudor.
Some homes ask to be renovated. Others ask to be remembered.
This Wayzata Tudor had been previously remodeled as a quick flip, leaving much of its original character behind. Our vision was to return it to its Tudor roots while reimagining it for the way this family lives today.
Rich wood tones, softly arched passages, and hand-applied plaster restore warmth, depth, and a sense of permanence. We relocated the kitchen into the home’s generous original dining room, creating a gracious space designed for gathering, while the former kitchen was transformed into a hardworking scullery, framed by custom gridded glass walls that quietly balance beauty and function.
Clean architectural lines, thoughtfully curated lighting, and a restrained material palette keep the home feeling current without compromising its heritage.
Every decision was made to honor what this home could have always been—timeless, soulful, and deeply livable.
This full main-level transformation completely stole our hearts.
